1. Albert Pintat

    Albert Pintat Santolària is the head of government of Andorra. Pintat graduated from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland in 1967, majoring in economics. He is a member of the Liberal Party of Andorra and was the foreign minister of Andorra from 1997 to 2001, following a series of ambassadorships,including the United Nations. He helds the position of head of government since being appointed by the General Council on May 30 2005.

  2. Jaume Bartumeu

    Jaume Bartumeu Cassany is an Andorran lawyer and founding member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) in June 2000. He is currently leader of the opposition and was viewed as the most likely successor to "Cap de Govern" Marc Forné if the PSD had won the 2005 election.

  3. Marc Forné Molné

    Marc Forné i Molné was the Head of Government of Andorra from 7 December 1994 to May 27 2005. After 2 full terms, he was succeeded by Albert Pintat after he won the April 2005 election. He is a lawyer by profession, and was president of the Liberal Party of Andorra ("Partit Liberal d'Andorra"). The policy lead by Marc Forné is inspired by liberalism and aims to maintain a low taxation level and avoid any statist drift.

    Ana Arce (born January 5, 1964 in Madrid) is a photographer and former skip of the Andorran national women's curling team. She was skip for three years. She skipped the Andorran team in 3 European curling championships. In 2002, she finished 17th, in 2003 15th and in 2004 21st. She now curls in Madrid in Spain.

  5. Marc Bernaus

    Marc Bernaus is an Andorran footballer. He plays for the Andorra national football team. He scored the goal that let Andorra win their first official match, on october 13 of 2004, playing against Macedonia He currently plays for Poli Ejido, of the BBVA League. He has played for Gimnàstic de Tarragona before.

  6. Ildefons Lima

    Ildefons Lima Solá is an Andorran footballer. As of 2006, he plays for U.S. Triestina Calcio and Andorra. When he moved to U.S. Triestina Calcio, in the summer of 2005, he was unknown in Italy, but became famous in Trieste when he played a few matches as a forward, and not in his original position of central defender.     Albert Salvadó is an Andorran writer in Catalan language and Castilian. He studied civil engineering. He has written children's tales, essays and novels. Highlights their historical novels. He mixes reality, fiction and mystery. Their books are translated to several languages and he has won several prices.

  8. Juli Fernández

    Juli Fernàndez is an Andorran footballer currently playing for FC Santa Coloma in Andorra. With his team he has won both the Andorran First Division and the Andorran Cup several times. He scored a consolation goal for Andorra in their 2008 UEFA European Football Championship qualifying match against Israel.

  9. Alex Antor

    Alex Antor (born 1979) is an Andorran alpine skier who represented Andorra at the 2006 Winter Olympics. He was also their flag bearer in the Opening Ceremonies. He speaks Spanish, French, English, Italian, and Catalan.

  10. Albert Celades

    Albert Celades López is a Spanish football player. He played mostly for FC Barcelona and later for Real Madrid. He now plays for Real Zaragoza. He played for Spain national football team and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

  11. Koldo

    Koldo, full name Jesús Luís Alvárez de Eulate is an Andorran football goalkeeper, who has been representing the Andorra national football team. He currently plays for CF Balaguer in the Spanish Tercera División. In November 2003, to celebrate UEFA's Jubilee, he was selected as the Golden Player of Andorra by the Andorran Football Federation as their most outstanding player of the past 50 years.

  12. Julian Vila Coma

    Julian Vila Coma is the Permanent Representative (or ambassador) for the Principality of Andorra to the United Nations. His office was first confirmed when he presented his credentials to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on 3 May 2004. He has spoken more than once at the UN on multilateral nuclear disarmament.

  13. Óscar Sonejee

    Óscar Sonejee Masand is an Andorran midfielder. He is the most capped player for the Andorra national football team with 65 caps. He has also scored 1 goal for the national team. He made his international debut in 1997 in a 4-1 loss to Estonia. He was involved in a spat with England striker Wayne Rooney in their European Championship qualifying match, resulting in both players being booked.

  14. Melissandre Fuentes

    Melissandre Fuentes (born March 1, 1988 in Canillo) is an Andorran figure skater. She is the 2004 and 2005 Andorran national champion. Fuentes is the first lady skater to represent Andorra at an ISU Championship, which she accomplished at the 2002 World Junior Figure Skating Championships.

  15. Antoni Lima Solá

    Antoni "Toni" Lima Solá is an Andorran football player. He currently act as technical director of SD Eivissa, but still active in international football. He is the brother of Ildefons Lima.

  16. Ramón Malla Call

    Ramón Malla Call was Epicscopal Co-Prince of Andorra and Bishop of Urgell from 1969 until 1971. He was ordained as priest on December 19, 1948, in Salamanca.

  17. Kjell Olofsson

    Kjell Olofsson (born 23 July 1965 in Gothenburg) is a (former) Swedish footballer. Olofsson is perhaps best know for his time with Scottish club Dundee United with whom he joined at the start of the 1996/97 season. Brought in by then manager Tommy McLean he made his debut as a a trialist in the 1-0 victory over Hearts at Tannadice on 26 October 1996, along with fellow Scandanavian Erik Pedersen.

  18. Marc Casal

    Marc Casal (born August 13, 1987 in Canillo, Andora) is an Andorran figure skater. He is the 2004 Andorran national champion and three time junior national champion. Along with Melissandre Fuentes, he was the first skater to represent Andorra in an ISU Championship, which they both acheieved at the 2002 World Junior Figure Skating Championships.

  19. Ève Luquet

    Ève Luquet is a stamp designer and engraver. She had been designing stamps for the Andorran French post and France since 1986. Luquet graduated in 1981 from the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts of Paris, where she learned the art of engraving with stamp engraver Jacques Jubert. She engraves mainly landscapes and monuments. In 1995, Luquet was awarded the French Grand Prix de l'art philatélique for a stamp representing the bridge of Nyons.

  20. Lluis Claret

    Lluís Claret is a cellist. He was born in Andorra in 1951 where he began his musical education at the age of 9. In 1964 he moved to Barcelona, won major distinctions at the Conservatory of the Liceu, and began working with Enric Casals. Claret continued his studies in France, Italy and in the USA. Throughout his career he has been especially committed to chamber music. He won first prizes at a number of prestigious international competitions.

  21. Hocine Haciane

    Hocine Haciane was a swimmer who represented Andorra at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. He was also the flag bearer for Andorra.

  22. David Rodrigo

    David Rodrigo is a Spanish football manager, currently the manager of the Andorran national team. In September 2006 Rodrigo drew the ire of many when he reportedly told Israel captain Yossi Benayoun that Israel was a "nation of killers" and threatened to have Benayoun's legs broken. Andorra midfielder Juli Fernandez offered his apologies to Benayoun on behalf of his team. Rodrigo has denied making these comments.
