- Elyse Luray
Elyse Luray is a member of the PBS series' "History Detectives" team. After more than 10 years as an expert appraiser and consultant for Christie's Auction House, she joined the cast of the highly successful show. Luray's specialties include pop culture, mixed media, arms and armour, and Native American art. Luray is also a regular contributor on vintage arts and pop culture for "Antique Trader" magazine. She is a graduate of Tulane University.

Born in Oxford, Worcester County, Massachusetts, he attended the public schools, became a printer in Worcester, taught school in Massachusetts, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, was a proofreader in New York City, a reporter on the "New York Tribune", and was a stenographer to the police board of New York City for ten years.

Edmund Wilcox Hubard (February 20, 1806 - December 9, 1878) was a nineteenth century politician, appraiser and justice of the peace from Virginia. Born near Farmville, Virginia, Hubard attended private schools as a child and went on to attended the University of Virginia. He engaged in agricultural pursuits and was a justice of the peace before being elected a Democrat to the United States House of Representatives in 1840, serving from 1841 to 1847.
