Mike Brown (born 4 April 1985 in Baldwinsville, New York) is a professional ice hockey goaltender.
- Yutaka Fukufuji
is the first Japanese-born player to appear in a National Hockey League game. He is also the first Japanese citizen to be drafted as a goaltender (and the third player overall) in the NHL. The first, Taro Tsujimoto, was a name "plucked out of the Buffalo telephone book" as a joke in 1974 by Buffalo Sabres GM Punch Imlach. The second, Hiroyuki Miura, was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in 1992, but never played in an NHL game. Fukufuji was born in Kushiro, Hokkaidō, Japan.

Peter Laviolette Jr. (born December 7, 1964 in Norwood, Massachusetts, USA) is an American former National Hockey League defenseman and current head coach. Since the 2003-04 NHL season he has been the head coach of the Carolina Hurricanes. He led them to the Stanley Cup in the 2006 season. As a player, Laviolette spent the majority of his 10 year career playing for various minor league teams.

Devan Dubnyk (born May 4, 1986, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada) is a Canadian ice hockey goaltender. He was drafted in the first round, 14th overall, by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. Dubnyk played four-plus seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Kamloops Blazers. He played in 192 WHL games, compiling a record of 83-87-14. He was also a member of the gold-medal-winning Canadian team in the 2006 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.

Dan Ellis (born June 19, 1980, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a hockey goaltender currently playing for the Nashville Predators organization. Ellis attended the University of Nebraska, Omaha, home to a Division-I hockey program. After his career at Nebraska he has played for professional teams such as the Utah Grizzlies and Hamilton Bulldogs of the AHL, as well as the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL.
