Carlos Marchena López, popularly known as Marchena born 31 July 1979 in Seville is a Spanish footballer who currently plays centre back for Valencia CF and the Spain. He is a regular first-team choice for both squads. He has been capped 27 times for his country as of 2006. Lorenzo Coullaut Valera was a Spanish sculptor. Born in Marchena, he grew up in Nantes where his family had moved. He studied at the Livet Lyceum and returned to Spain in 1893. At Seville, he studied at the ateliers of Susillo and Agustín Querol. With the support of his uncle, Juan Valera, whose bust he sculpted, Coullaut Valera participated in the National Exposition of Belles Artes in 1897, and received Honorable Mention.

Luis de Bolaños was a Spanish Franciscan friar and missionary evangelist, initiator of the system of reductions (indigenous towns) in Paraguay and northeastern Argentina. Bolaños was born in Marchena, Seville, and entered the Franciscan order while he was very young, studying until he became a deacon. Friar Alonso de San Buenaventura passed by his convent looking for missionaries to work in South America, and Bolaños joined his group.

I am the mother of 5 awsome kids, and I have a fabulous husband. My dog Milo is the best. At present My oldest son is serving in the United States Marine Corp and has been deployed to Iraq. I am so proud of him. My son Christopher is aspiring to be a song writer and so far it is looking good, Sarah just started High School and is in Color Guard in Air Force JROTC, Marissa and Anthony both growing up so fast and are so cool. I am so proud to be there mom.
