    Ivan Reitman is a Slovakian-born, Canadian-raised jewish film actor, producer, and director. He is most remembered for directing and producing a string of comedies, mostly in the 1980s and 1990s. Reitman worked on a number of films after graduating from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He produced two films for director David Cronenberg with "Shivers/They Came from Within/The Parasite Murders" (1974) and "Rabid" (1976).

  37. Róbert Szelepcsényi

    Róbert Szelepcsényi was a Slovakian student, member of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Comenius University in Bratislava. His results on the closure of nondeterministic space under complement, independently obtained in 1987 also by Neil Immerman (the result known as the Immerman-Szelepcsényi theorem), brought the Gödel Prize of ACM and EATCS to both of them in 1995.

    Enrico Cardoso Nazaré is a Brazilian football player, currently at Djurgårdens IF in Sweden. The talented young midfielder, who played for Ipatinga and Atlético Mineiro, joined the club during the summer of 2006 when the the transfer window was open. He played in DIF's qualifier for the UEFA Champions League against Slovakian counter parts MFK Ružomberok, but a fatal mistake from Nazaré gave the Slovakians the overall victory.

  40. Ján Ondrejka

    Ján Ondrejka is a Slovakian photographer. Interested in photography from childhood he undertook specialised camera studies in secondary school, attending a school in Bratislava for this purpose. He graduated in 2002 from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (Slovak abbr.: VŠVU), Department of Photography and New Media, studio of Milota Havránková. He found work as a cameraman’s assistant at Slovak Television, quickly rising to camera operator.
