ACUTE: It's fall. I haven't decided how I feel about that just yet. CHRONIC: I love dogs, brains, and good eating. However, as a general rule combinations thereof are not acceptable. I'm friendlier than I look, but maybe a little geekier. My biggest vices: wood-burning fireplaces and snark. I lack hand-eye coordination and dancing skillz. I find NYT's "The Ethicist" problematic. I love humanists who love scientists. I hate things that itch.

  16. Patric

Originally from San Antonio, Texas. I am a Texan through and through. Ok so let's get down to it I am left-handed, type O negative blood, and overweight. I love both science and politics and oh yeah I have never had a girlfriend or any of that other stuff that goes along with it. But you know what I have figured out that I am not so bad after all.

  17. Saqib Mustafa

I am the guy who people call.

  20. Meg Foss

In a nutshell? A goofy brown-eyed girl with a wild mane of wavy-curly brown hair. Virtues include: honesty, loyalty, warmheartedness, and the ability to make a kick-ass lasagna. I'm philosophical and fair; sometimes sweet and sometimes sassy, and occassionally a nice mix of both with a teeny bit of sexy thrown in.

  21. Adam

I love my girlfriend, my family, engineering, and Badger sports (especially hockey and football). I'm working on my Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at UW-Madison (probably the greatest university ever!!!) because it sounded like a good idea 3 1/2 years ago:) I can't wait to get a job in a couple years so I can start paying off student loans!!!!

  22. Jon Miner

It took a cold day and a sunbeam but I'll try to hunch down for an hour to puke out this stream of consciousness- breathe it in deep: I was trying to come up with a good tag, but whad'ya get in a hurry anyway? 36. Joe Klim

I am currently a grad student at the UW Madison. I do research with human embryonic stem cells for now, but I long for the day I can travel again. After graduating from college, I spent a year following winter. New Zealand to Japan, Norway to Austria, then finishing up in Chile and Argentina. A few languages learned and a lot of mountains skied. After 13 months of traveling, I've become a very independent person, but I'm also very easy going as well.
