  1. Don Imus

    John Donald "Don" Imus, Jr. (born March 11, 1940) is a controversial American humorist, writer, radio and television talk show host in the mold of a shock jock. His "drive time" weekday morning radio show, "Imus in the Morning" was aired over WNBC and WFAN in New York from 1971 to 1977 (when he was fired) and again from 1979 until it was canceled on April 12 2007, in response to comments he made on air.

  2. Mike Francesa

    Michael Patrick Francesa, Jr. (born March 20, 1954) is an American radio talk show host and television commentator. He is primarily known for co-hosting the popular "Mike and the Mad Dog" show on WFAN in New York City, which he has done since September 5, 1989 with Chris "Mad Dog" Russo. Francesa is generally regarded as quite knowledgable about sports, but is extremely opinionated, which makes for a provocative show.

  3. Ed Coleman

    Ed Coleman is a radio reporter/host for the New York Mets on WFAN. In the early 1990's he co-hosted WFAN's midday show with Dave Sims. The show was nicknamed the "Coleman and the Soul Man". When the show was canceled he was reassigned as WFAN's New York Mets beat reporter.

    Suzyn Waldman (born in Newton, MA) is an American sports broadcaster. Starting with the 2005 season, she has been the color commentator for New York Yankees baseball, working with John Sterling on radio broadcasts for WCBS-AM in New York City. She is a graduate of Simmons College with a degree in Economics. She is famous for various "pioneering" feats in regards to female sports broadcasters.

    Christopher M. Russo (born October 18, 1959), known as the "Mad Dog," is an American sports radio personality. He is best known as the co-host of the widely popular "Mike and the Mad Dog" sports radio show with Mike Francesa, which is broadcast on WFAN in New York City and simulcast on the YES Network.

  7. Joe Benigno

    Joseph Benigno (born September 26, 1953) is an American sports radio personality. He co-hosts (with Evan Roberts) the 10am-1pm weekday timeslot on WFAN in New York City. Prior to joining WFAN, Benigno was a frequent caller to the station, known on-air as "Joe from Saddle River." He would get his first taste of radio experience in 1994, when he guest-hosted a show on WFAN as a result of winning a contest held by the station.

    Steve Somers , a.k.a., "The Schmoozer", is truly a "FAN original", having been an on air fixture on WFAN since the station debuted on July 1st 1987. Steve's path to sports talk radio WFAN began in the bay area where he was born. Even before graduating high school, Steve was working at KYA radio in San Francisco delivering on air high school sports reports.

    Better known as the "Continent," Chris Carlin is the sportscaster for the Boomer & Carton Morning Show. In addition, Chris is the host of the New York Giants' Pre and Post game coverage on WFAN. Chris has called Giants pre-season games for the FAN and is also the play by play voice of Rutgers University Football. Chris has appeared several times on ESPN2, as well as CNBC, MSNBC, Fox News Channel, CSTV and the YES Network.

    Evan Roberts (born July 11, 1983) is an American sports radio personality. He currently hosts the midday (10am-1pm) show with Joe Benigno on WFAN.     Howard Rose (born 1954) is an American sportscaster with the New York Mets and the New York Islanders for WFAN and Fox Sports New York. Rose grew up a Mets fan, and graduated from Queens College. He also attended Benjamin N. Cardozo High School in Bayside, Queens. He is known for his signature phrase of "Put it in the books!" after a Mets victory. He worked the television booth until the retirement of long-time Mets radio voice Bob Murphy.

    Phil Mushnick is a sportswriter who writes a sports media column for the "New York Post". Mushnick's articles criticize the world of sports as portrayed in the media.   14. Richard Neer

    Born in Syracuse, New York, Richard graduated from Adelphi University in 1970 and immediately began a career in broadcasting.     Matt Loughlin is an American sportscaster, and is the current radio play-by-play voice of the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League on WFAN, where he is partnered with former Devil Tom Chorske. Loughlin previously worked as a pre-game and intermission host on Devils' telecasts on Fox Sports Net New York, where he was often paired with Stan Fischler for a popular feature called "Matt and the Maven".
