Currently, Ms. Griffin is responsible for investment analysis and relationships with underlying fund managers and direct co-investments.

    Matt met Chris and Sam when he joined HOLT Value Associates, L.P. as a Portfolio Representative in 1994. He worked with key clients using the CFROI ® Valuation Model. In 1997, Matt transferred to London to work with Chris and eventually headed up the European operations when Chris returned to the U.S. to start IronBridge. After HOLT was acquired by Credit Suisse, Matt took charge of their European Small and Mid Cap Operations.

    Doug holds a MBA, as well as BCom and B.Com Honours degrees. Doug was a rated analyst and partner in a Johannesburg-based stock broking firm prior to joining Merrill Lynch as Head of South African Equity Sales. Doug left Merrill Lynch to join Credit Suisse as Head of the Emerging European Sales Desk. A co-founder of Craton Capital, he has recently assumed a full-time position with the company with responsibility for marketing, client services and general management.

    Mr. Sanzone joined Credit Suisse in 2005 from Citigroup where he was Chief Information Officer for the Corporate and Investment Bank, the Private Client Group and the Global Transaction Services business. In that role, he was the Head of CIB Tech Services, charged with the strategy, development, and implementation of all application technology. He was additionally responsible for Real Estate and General Services.

Before joining Apollo Group, Mr. Cappelli spent 10 years as a research analyst for Credit Suisse, where he most recently served as Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst and founded the Credit Suisse Global Services Teams. Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Cappelli was Vice President and Senior Research Analyst with ABN AMRO.

    Isabel Ortega joined Alken Asset Management as Client Manager based in Madrid, Spain. Isabel began her career in 1999, as an account manager in Credit Suisse Private Banking in Madrid. She then moved to the Investments department of Fortis, first as a buy-side analyst covering retail, food manufacturing and beverages, household products and luxury goods sectors. Later on she became the portfolio manager of two pan-european funds.

    Marcel R. Zutter is Executive Vice President of State Street Global Markets and a member of State Street's Executive Operating Group. Before joining State Street he had various management responsibilities at Credit Suisse, was a research analyst for Baring Securities and worked as a consultant for Prognos. Mr. Zutter holds an MBA from Basle University, is a graduate of the Swiss Banking School and completed the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School.
