The son of a grocery owner, Tang spent his early years in Phoenix, Arizona, where he attended public schools. He fought during the World War II, and became a First Lieutenant with the United States Army.

    Graham Fitkin (born 19 April, 1963) is a British composer. Fitkin was born in West Cornwall, where he lives today. He attended the University of Nottingham, after which he studied with Louis Andriessen in Amsterdam. His first ensemble, the Nanquidno group, consisted of four pianists. A talented pianist himself, he has written much music for the instrument. Fitkin's music has been referred to as 'post-minimalist', but as usual such labels fail to capture his style.

    David Robert Plunket, 1st Baron Rathmore (December 3, 1838) - (August 22, 1919) was an Irish politician. The third son of John Plunket, 3rd Baron Plunket, and brother to the 4th Baron, he was educated at Trinity College Dublin and was called to the Irish bar in 1862. After practising on the Munster Circuit for a number of years, he was made a Queen's Counsel in 1868, and became legal adviser to Dublin Castle that same year.

    Judge Denny Chin is a judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
