For its final three months Wolfe served as the Board's chairman. As chair of the Board he was also the Senior advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Finance.

Herman Badillo (born August 21, 1929 in Caguas, Puerto Rico) is a Bronx, New York politician who has been a borough president, United States Representative, and candidate for Mayor of New York City. He was the first Puerto Rican to be elected to these posts (and run for mayor) in the United States (outside of Puerto Rico). When Badillo was 11 years old, both of his parents died of tuberculosis and he was sent to live with his aunt in New York City.

Thomas Coleman Andrews (February 19, 1899 - October 15, 1983) was an accountant and a candidate for President of the United States. Andrews was born in Richmond, Virginia. After high school, he worked at a meat packing company in Richmond. He then worked with a public accounting firm and he was certified as a CPA in 1921. Artashes Geghamyan, b. December 2 1949, Yerevan, is an Armenian politician. He finished Chekhov Secondary School 1966 and graduated from the State Yerevan Polytechnic Institute in 1971. He joined the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in 1972. From 1989-1990 he was elected the Mayor of Yerevan. In 1990, he quit the Communist Party. From 1995-1999 he served as a deputy of the National Assembly.

Grant McConachie was born in Hamilton, Ontario, and grew up in Calder, Alberta. He developed an interest in aviation as a teen and obtained a pilot's license at age twenty.
