Felipe Seade was a Lebanese painter and teacher who spent most of his life in Uruguay. Seade was born in Santiago de Chile, the elder son of a Lebanese immigrant family. Eleven years later his whole family moved to Montevideo, Uruguay. At the age of 12 Seade began working as an assistant of the Muralist Enrique Albertazzi and the painter Guillermo Rodríguez. Yakima Canutt (November 29, 1896 - May 24, 1986) was an American actor and stuntman in Hollywood movies from the 1920s through the 1950s. He was born Enos Edward Canutt in the Snake River Hills, near Colfax, Washington. As a young man, he gained fame as a very successful rodeo rider. He got his nickname when he was caught fraternizing with several rival rodeo performers from Yakima, Washington. His friends never let him forget and the name stuck.

The 6' 6" Shaw could play both guard spots, but was used primarily at point guard over the course of his 14 seasons in the league.
