I'm complicated... Let me go ahead and try to elaborate on that. I'm from this somewhat magical/black hole of a place called WAMM. Its in a land far, far away and I don't get the urge to ever go back, unless its to see my (really goodlooking)family...

About me. Well if you are my friend youd know pretty much everything about me but whatever. I'm a sophomore at Eastern Washington University majoring in History with a minor in ROTC. I'm going into the Army as a 2nd LT in a few years. I am a republican and proud of it. I like to run, write, climb, camp, lift weights, and swim, but most of all travel.

I have completed hiking the PCT as of 30 September. One hell of a trip. I am physically and emotionall drained. I made new friends and discovered alot of things about myself. I dare say that as a person I matured more then anything else on this trail. After all this was one of the things I wanted to accomplish on this last trail, to become a better human being.

I am open to change.

Do what you wanna do. I am the happiest I have been in all my life. Greatly simplified my life just over 2 years ago. Didn't really drop out but simplified greatly. The more you have, the more you think you need. So I went back to the basics. I guess you could say I'm a hippie without the patchouli smell. I try to live each day to the fullest and find the good in all that is around me.

Im 22 years old. Played soccer and ran track at Platt High School in Meriden. After graduation I took a Greyhound bus for almost 5 days out to British Columbia, Canada and hiked into the U.S. into Washington state. After that I moved to Los Angeles. I hated the big city so I moved to Lakeshore, Cali. It was 7,000 ft. in elevation and the best hiking I've ever done. I lived there and ran a resort. Now Im back in CT.

If someone asked me where I will be or what I will be doing with my life 5 years from now I would probably stare at them blankly. I think of myself as a wanderer in every sense of the word yet I have only barely begun. Perhaps a trek on the Appalachian Trail would be a good start. Here's my blog. http://www.trailjournals.com/entry.cfm?trailname=5963.
