Brotha Lynch Hung (born Kevin Mann) is a Horrorcore/Gangsta Rap artist from Sacramento, California. He is known for lyrics featuring highly explicit themes, including murder, gang violence, and cannibalism. Lynch collaborated with Master P in his 1993 debut album, "24 Deep", which featured stories of the struggles involved with being affiliated with a local street gang in Sacramento's "Garden Blocc".

Anybody Killa, or 'ABK' is the stage name of James Lowery (born June 26 1973), a horrorcore rap artist. Lowery is of Native American descent, and his family belongs to the Lumbee tribe. He has a very noticeable lisp.
- Mike E. Clark
Mike E. Clark is a musician and producer known for his work with the acid rap music group Insane Clown Posse. He has produced the majority of their albums, including the first five of the six Joker's cards records, and has worked with other Psychopathic Records artists as well. Clark has written and produced music for dozens of others, including Kid Rock, George Clinton, Strip Club, and more.

Killa C tha Outcast (born Coul) is an underground rapper. Music critics have called his style horrorcore, and hip hop. Killa C owns and operates his own record label, Dirty Thug Recordz. Dirty Thug artists include Killa C, Liquid Assassin, and Grave Plott. Killa C also owns a clothing line entitled "Str8 Dirty" and a female clothing line called "Dirty Gurlz"

Ron Braunstein (born 1976) known better by his stage name, Necro, is an indie death rap, hardcore hip hop rapper from Brooklyn, New York known in the hip hop community for his exceptionally explicit lyrics. His music is often labeled as part of the horrorcore genre of hip hop. Necro, however, has stated that he doesn't consider his music as part of this genre.

James Spaniolo (born November 5, 1975), better known to the world as Jamie Madrox, is a horrorcore rapper from Detroit, Michigan. Formerly known as "Mr. Bones" of the rap group House of Krazees, he, along with Monoxide Child are currently signed to Psychopathic Records as the duo Twiztid.
- Daddy Long Legs
Daddy Long Legs is the co-founder of the band The Bloodhound Gang, which he left after their first major release, "Use Your Fingers". One of his reasons to leave was that Jimmy Pop wanted to take the band into another direction, while Daddy himself wanted to keep producing old-school hip-hop. After he and his friend M.S.G. left The Bloodhound Gang, they (along with a few recruited members) formed a horrorcore group called WOLFPAC in 1996.

According to his 1994 album, Trippin' Wit No Luggage, rapper Steffon aka Roach Killa, was produced by Rhythum D & Eazy-E.
