Before beginning her career as a full time company director in 1992, she was a partner of KPMG Peat Marwick's Management Consulting Division. Ms Jackson holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University and completed an MBA with distinction at Melbourne University.

    Mr. Lim How Teck was appointed to the CISCO Board in September 2006. Having been with Neptune Orient Lines from 1979 to 2005, he has an in-depth knowledge of the shipping industry. Currently, Mr Lim is the executive chairman of Redwood International Pte Ltd, an investment and consultancy company. He is also the chairman of Tuas Power Ltd and Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM).

In addition, Dr. Ling is also the Chairman of Shenhua Finance Company Limited. Dr. Ling had previously served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Company. Prior to joining our Company, Dr. Ling served as a Vice General Manager of Shenhua Group.

    Richard Leftwich received a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with First Class Honors in Accounting) from the University of Queensland (Australia) in 1968 and was awarded a University Gold Medal for outstanding performance. He worked in Australia as a financial analyst at the Colonial Sugar Refining Company (now CSR), a chief accountant for a mining consulting firm and a lecturer in accounting at the University of Queensland.

    Michael Connaughton , Bachelor of Business Studies 1993, is currently working for Ernst & Young (Australia) in Melbourne as a management accountant for the assurance & advisory business services division (AABS). His job entails internal financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the division and his role also extends to encompass project management in areas that impact the AABS division from a financial and operational perspective.
