    Cathy O'Brien (b. 1957) is a conspiracy theorist and a believer in mind control. She believes herself to be the victim of a CIA mind control conspiracy and government sanctioned sexual abuse. Born on November 9 1898 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he received his B.S. from Tufts University in 1920 and his Ph.D. from Harvard University in 1924. He was a brother in the Theta Delta Chi fraternity during his time at Tufts. After being part of the Brown University faculty, Carmichael served as the president of Tufts from 1938 to 1952.
