As a junior in high school, Chris received interest from more than 100 collegiate football programs, from Harvard and Notre Dame to Tennessee and Arizona.     Don Erickson grew up in Richfield, MN where he participated in high school football, basketball and track. After attending college at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, he has served as a senior operations manager for such companies as Fingerhut, Pier 1 Imports and the Rite Aid Corporation. He also served as VP of Operations for Raymond Geddes & Co., Inc. Prior to joining NCSA, Erickson worked in the high school recruiting business in his own franchise.

    Chris Oakes graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in history. He is a lifelong Chicago resident and alumni of Loyola Academy in Wilmette, IL where he played football and lacrosse. He is an avid sports fan and outdoorsman. Oakes comes to NCSA from the world of real estate. He brings a unique knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding areas.

    Keith Babb earned a marketing degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Northwestern University. He is an ACEP certified youth coach with 17 years experience, and has worked as an IHSA football official and softball official. He taught ACT and SAT preparation classes, helping improve high-schooler's test scores. Babb's softball-playing daughter enrolled with NCSA prior to her sophomore year in high school.

    Adam O'Reilly graduated from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) in 2002 with a degree in sport management. Before joining the NCSA team, he had experience working for the Chicago Bears Football Club and the Worldwide Senior Tennis Circuit.

    Chris McIntosh graduated from Liberal Arts Knox College in Galesburg, IL with a dual degree in Psychology and Spanish in 2002. McIntosh studied the Spanish language and history at the Universidad de Barcelona in Spain during his junior year. During his tenure he played Defensive End for the football team and participated as a Midfielder for the lacrosse team at the Division III level.

    David Stang , PhD, CTO and Co-Founder David has twenty-seven years' experience in the information technology industry including software and organizational development, writing, and delivering information security seminars around the world. After founding NCSA in 1989, David went on to found and direct Quarterdeck's AntiVirus Research Center, to run the North American operations of Norman Data Defense Systems, and to found and direct Seven Locks Software.
