Mel Renfro attended the University of Oregon, where he excelled as a track star and All-American halfback. In his four seasons with the Ducks, Renfro rushed for 1,532 yards and scored 141 points.

    Jerry Azumah (born September 1 1977 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) is a former professional American football cornerback who played for the Chicago Bears his entire career from 1999 to 2005. Azumah was selected as the 14th pick of the fifth round of the 1999 NFL Draft out of the University of New Hampshire where he won the Walter Payton Award as the best offensive player in Division I-AA football. He attended Saint Peter-Marian High School in Worcester, Massachusetts.

    Charles Alvin Sanders (born August 25, 1946, Greensboro, North Carolina) is a former American football player who played tight end for the Detroit Lions from 1968-77. Sanders attended James B. Dudley High School in Greensboro and the University of Minnesota. The Lions chose him in the third round of the 1968 NFL Draft, and he became their starting tight end for the next ten seasons. He had 336 career receptions and was known as a superior blocker as well as a receiver.

    Frank Vondel Sanders (born February 17, 1973 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida), is a former professional American football player who was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the second round of the 1995 NFL Draft. A 6'1", 207-lb. wide receiver from Auburn University, Sanders played in nine NFL seasons from 1995 to 2003. His peak performance in his career came during the 1998 season when he led the NFC in receptions with 89 for 1,145 yards and three touchdowns.

  19. Lee Roy Jordan

    Lee Roy Jordan (born April 27, 1941 in Excel, Alabama) was an NFL football player who played linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys from 1963 to 1976. Before his NFL career, he played for the University of Alabama from 1960-1962. In his sophomore season of 1960, he assisted the Crimson Tide to an 8-2-1 record, finishing the year with a 3-3 tie against University of Texas at Austin in the Bluebonnet Bowl. Jordan was named MVP of the game.
