  1. Karel Schwarzenberg

    Karel Schwarzenberg (born on December 10, 1937 in Prague, Czechoslovakia), full name "Karl Johannes Nepomuk Josef Norbert Friedrich Antonius Wratislaw Mena von Schwarzenberg" is a scion of the House of Schwarzenberg, former chancellor of Czech President Václav Havel and current senator and Minister of the Foreign Affairs. He is the eldest son of Prince Karl VI of Schwarzenberg and Princess Antonie von Fürstenberg. He has Czech and Swiss citizenship.

  2. Prince Felix Of Schwarzenberg

    Felix Prinz zu Schwarzenberg was an Austrian statesman who restored the Habsburg empire as a European power following the disorders of 1848. The nephew of Prince Karl Philipp zu Schwarzenberg, the commander of the Austrian armies in the last phases of the Napoleonic wars, Schwarzenberg entered the diplomatic service, where he became a protégé of Prince Klemens von Metternich and served in several Austrian embassies.

  3. Angelica Kauffmann

    Maria Anna Angelika/Angelica Katharina Kauffmann was a Swiss painter. She was born at Chur in Graubünden, Switzerland, but grew up in Schwarzenberg in Vorarlberg/Austria. Her father, Johann Josef Kauffmann, was a poor man and mediocre painter, but apparently very successful in teaching his precocious daughter. She rapidly acquired several languages, read incessantly, and showed marked talents as a musician.

    Friedrich, Prince of Schwarzenberg, had an adventurous career as a soldier, and described his wanderings and campaigns in several interesting works, of which the best known is his "Wanderungen eines Lanzknechtes" (1844-1845). He took part as an Austrian officer in the campaigns of Galicia 1846, Italy 1848 and Hungary 1848, and as an amateur in the French conquest of Algeria, the Carlist wars in Spain and the Swiss civil war of the Sonderbund.
