  1. Scott Pruett

    Donald Scott Pruett (born March 24, 1960 in Sacramento, California) is an American race car driver who has competed in NASCAR, Champ Car, IMSA, Trans-Am and Grand-Am. He and his wife Judy are children's book authors. Pruett started racing go karts at the age of eight and went on to win ten professional karting championships. In the 80's, he established himself as a top American sports car racer, eventually winning two IMSA GTO Championships and three Trans Am Championships.

  6. Scott Sharp

    Scott Sharp (born February 14, 1968 in Norwalk, Connecticut) is an American race car driver in the Indy Racing League. He is the son of SCCA multiple champion Bob Sharp. Early in his career he was 1991 Trans-Am champion, also taking 7 poles the next season. Sharp then competed in one NASCAR Winston Cup Series (now Nextel Cup) event, coming in 1992 at Watkins Glen. Starting 22nd in the thirty-nine car field, Sharp completed all 51 laps in route to a solid 19th place effort.

  7. Bud Moore

    Walter M. "Bud" Moore, a former NASCAR car owner, was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on May 251925. A decorated veteran of World War II, he described himself as "an old country mechanic who loved to make 'em run fast". In 1957, driver Buck Baker won the NASCAR Grand National championship with Bud Moore as crew chief. In 1961, Moore got much of his success as a car owner for Joe Weatherly, who won eight of his twenty-four races driving Moore's Pontiacs.

    Tom Gloy (born June 11, 1947, Lafayette, California), is a former driver in the CART Championship Car series. He raced in the 1980 and 1984 seasons, with 6 career starts, including the 1984 Indianapolis 500. Despite competing in only 3 events in 1980, he finished 14th in points, a result of finishing each race in the top ten. In 1979, Johnson won the Formula Atlantic Series Championship.

    Tony Ave (born November 10, 1968) is a race car driver born in Hurley, Wisconsin, USA. He competed in the Grand-Am Series from 2000 until 2002, in Formula Atlantic from 1996 until 2001, and in the Trans-Am in 2002. He also made 3 Indy Lights starts in 1993 and one Indy Pro Series start in 2003. In 2004, Tony raced one race in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series at Watkins Glen finishing 31st.

    Wally Dallenbach, Jr. (born May 23, 1963 in Basalt, Colorado) is a former NASCAR Winston Cup driver. He competed in 226 Winston Cup races from 1991 to 2001, but had only 23 top 10 finishes and no wins. The son of legendary open wheel racer and former CART chief steward, Wally Dallenbach, Sr., Wally Jr. is also an accomplished road racer. Aside from NASCAR, Wally has raced in SCCA Trans-Am, IMSA Camel GT, CART, and the Pikes Peak International Hillclimb.

  12. Mike Borkowski

    Mike Borkowski (born May 6, 1975 in Middlebury, Connecticut) is an American race car driver. In 1997 he won the Trans-Am Rookie of the year award with two race victories. He qualified for one Indy Racing League event in 1999 at Lowe's Motor Speedway but the event was stopped after debris from a crash killed 3 spectators. Later that month he failed to qualify for the 1999 Indianapolis 500.

  13. Chris Kneifel

    Chris Kneifel (born April 23, 1961, Chicago, Illinois), is a former driver in the CART Championship Car series. He raced in the 1982-1984 seasons with 19 career starts, including the 1983 and 1984 Indianapolis 500, and finished in the top ten 6 times. He holds the distinction of being the last driver to start the Indianapolis 500 with a qualifying speed under 200 miles per hour.

  14. Kayne Scott

    Kayne Scott is a 5 times New Zealand Trans-Am Champion. He took an eight year sabbatical from motor racing from 1995 to 2003 and raced in the 2004, 2005 Parker Enzed V8 touring car series in a Mark Petch Holden VY Commodore. Scott and codriver Mark Porter finished 11th at the Bathurst 1000 driving a former Team Dynamik Holden VZ Commodore. Scott drove the same car in the 2006 Fujitsu V8 Supercar series in Australia. Scott's Bathurst 1000 debut was in 1988 Driving a BMW M3.

Gilder was born in Corvallis, Oregon and attended Corvallis High School.
