1. Thomas Vanek

    Thomas Vanek (born on 19 January 1984 in Baden bei Wien, Austria) is an Austrian ice hockey player. He was born to parents Jarmila and Zdenek Vanek, who moved in 1982 from Czechoslovakia to Austria. Vanek was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres 5th overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, making him the highest draft pick in Austrian history. Vanek plays for the Buffalo Sabres.

OHL Priority Selection- Kingston 6th Round (101st) 2002 NHL Entry Draft- Columbus 4th Round (101st) 2005 Boll was originally drafted by the Kingston Frontenacs, but chose to attempt playing in U.S. college, by playing for the Lincoln Stars. While there he was named captain of the Stars. After a very successful 2nd year in the USHL, he was offered a deal to play in the NCAA.

Petrecki is currently in his second season with the Omaha Lancers of the USHL. In his first season (2005-06), Petrecki had 3 assists in 53 games while racking up 110 penalty minutes. Petrecki was selected 28th overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.

  4. Joe Pavelski

    Joe Pavelski (born July 11, 1984 in Plover, Wisconsin) is an American hockey player for the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League. He scored a goal in his first NHL game, making him the 11th Sharks player in the history of the team to do so. He was a member of the 2003 Clark Cup champion Waterloo Blackhawks of the USHL. He won a Wisconsin State Hockey Championship with the SPASH (Stevens Point Area Senior High) Panthers in 2002.

    Ian Cole (February 21, 1989 in Ann Arbor, Michigan) is a ice hockey player in the USHL and was drafted 18th overall by the St. Louis Blues in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Cole's CHL rights are held by Belleville(OHL).

  6. Tom Gilbert

    Tom Gilbert (born January 10, 1983 in Bloomington, Minnesota) is an American ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL. Played his high school hockey for Minnesota powerhouse, Bloomington Jefferson. He was the captain his senior year (2001). That same year he switched to forward from defense, which he played as a sophomore and junior. He responded by scoring 4 goals in his first game at forward against a strong Hill-Murray team.

  7. Derrick Lapoint

    Derrick LaPoint is an American born hockey player. He currently is playing for the Green Bay Gamblers of the USHL. The defensemen has also committed to play for the University of North Dakota in the WCHA. In the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, LaPoint was selected by the Florida Panthers in the fourth round with the 116th overall pick. LaPoint attended high school at North High School (Eau Claire, Wisconsin).

  8. Mike Murphy

    Mike Murphy (born September 12, 1950 in Toronto, Ontario) is a former hockey player in the NHL, and former head coach in the NHL and IHL. As a player, he played for the St. Louis Blues, New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings, and had a brief stint with the Waterloo Black Hawks of the USHL. He has career totals in the NHL of 231 goals, 318 assists for 556 total points in 831 games played. Following his playing career, he decided to get into coaching.

  9. Bob Motzko

    Bob Motzko is the head coach of the St. Cloud State University Huskies hockey team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He was named the 2006 WCHA Coach of the Year. A 1987 graduate of St. Cloud State University (SCSU), Motzko was a two-year varsity letterwinner for the SCSU hockey team from 1984-86. Motzko began his coaching career in 1986-87 as an assistant coach for the legendary Herb Brooks at SCSU - and also worked with former SCSU head coach Craig Dahl.

    Brett Skinner (born on June 28, 1983, in Brandon, Manitoba) is a professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the NHL's Anaheim Ducks organization. Skinner was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks 68th overall in the 3rd round of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. Brett was a member of the Trail Smoke Eaters in the BCHL in 2000-2001, the Des Moines Buccaneers in the USHL in 2001-2002, and then the University of Denver from 2002-2005.

    Kim Hirschovits (born May 9, 1982 in Helsinki, Finland) is a professional ice hockey forward. He was drafted by the New York Rangers as their sixth-round pick, #194 overall, in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He is 6'1" tall and weighs 183 lbs. Hirschovits started his playing career with HIFK in the 2000-01 season, but his career took off in the 2005-06 season when he scored 40 points.

  14. Gregg Naumenko

    Gregg Naumenko (born March 30, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois, USA) is an American professional ice hockey goaltender. He played two seasons for the USHL's North Iowa Huskies and one season for the University of Alaska Anchorage before beginning his professional career. Naumenko appeared in two NHL games in the 2000-01 season with the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, recording an 0-1 record with a 6.00 GAA and a .759 save percentage.

  15. Reg Hamilton

    Reg Hamilton (born April 20, 1914 in Toronto, Ontario - died June 12 1991) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman. Hamilton started his National Hockey League career with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1935. He would also play with the Chicago Blackhawks. He left the NHL after the 1947 season. He played 1 season for the Kansas City Pla-Mors of the USHL before retiring from hockey. He won the Stanley Cup in 1942 with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

  16. George Lyle

    George Wallace Lyle (born on November 24, 1953 in North Vancouver, British Columbia) is a former professional ice hockey player. Lyle was selected 123rd overall in 1973 after spending a year with the junior Calumet Miners of the USHL. He then spent three years at Michigan Tech and was placed on the WCHA first all-star team after scoring 47 goal in 43 games during the 1975-76 schedule. Lyle opted to begin his pro career with the WHA's New England Whalers in 1976-77.
