Hi there. My name is Michael, but most everyone calls me Mookie. I'm the writer and artist of the fantasy webcomic, "Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire." I attend animation and sci-fi conventions up and down the east coast as a guest and panelist, and I've met tons of very intriguing people. I've got my feet on the ground but my head in the clouds. I'm only a grown-up on the outside. I still love playing around in my own imagination.

At the cusp of my twenty-second year I find myself in a bit of a predicament. Yes, it is true that I have triumphed over a four year test of my understanding of physical law, escaping from the jaws of higher education with my sanity intact and my fists full of diploma. But what now? I have before me a year of possibility. I find myself in the Great Inbetween of my third decade, falling freely in the gap that lies twixt two degrees.

- Eric Hughes
Hi, I'm Eric. It's kinda odd, writing these things, you know. We spend our whole lives trying to find out all there is to know about other people, and when you're told to give your own personal information, you blank. It kinda seems like a metaphor for American society and the gossip culture. And here I am with a MySpace profile to write. Balls. Well, I'm 5'11", about 205 lbs., and I have blond hair and blue eyes. I like music an awful lot.

Into the fact of the young man who sat on the terrace of the Hotel Magnifique at Cannes, there had crept a look of furtive shame, the shifty hangdog look which annouces that an Englishman is about to speak French...

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
- David Beaver
Not much to say about myself...except I slack. I slack more that any other slacker out there...I just don't feel like proving it now. I'm slackier than the average bear. I got this MySpace thing way back in Nov. 2004 because I was trying to win a computer from Alienware through a contest they had involving MySpace...and I lost. Sucks, huh? Now I'm stuck with something that I really didn't want (even though I now know I can delete it)...but...it grows on me.
